SHY ALBATROSS FACTS |
Description Body white, top of wings dark brown. Head grey to white. Bill stout, tip yellow and upper bill curves down at the tip. Body up to 1.4 m long.
Shy Albatrosses are the only albatross to breed in Australia and only in a few locations. They breed from September to April. Their wingspan can reach over 2 m.

Food Carnivore
Range Southern mainland Australia and Tasmania.
